Before moving into senior market-development and leadership roles, I built my foundation across sales, recruitment, digital marketing, partner management, and international market development. Each role added a different layer: understanding customers, managing pipelines, enabling partners, reading market signals, improving conversion, and coordinating across teams to deliver results.
The organizations that shaped the foundation.
Learning the market from the customer up.

- Expanded applications by more than 150% across emerging markets.
Skills built layer by layer.
Consultative Sales
Learning to understand what customers were actually trying to achieve before recommending a solution became the foundation for how I later approached partners, markets, and strategic initiatives.
Customer Journey & CRM
Managing follow-up, pipelines, lead progression, and conversion taught me how customer journeys are built from consistent execution, not isolated interactions.
Partner Management
Building agency and institutional relationships developed my ability to create trust, align incentives, enable partners, and maintain long-term B2B relationships.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Campaign performance, engagement data, conversion metrics, and lead analysis introduced a stronger data-informed approach to recruitment and market decisions.
Market Intelligence
Competitive analysis, customer feedback, partner performance, and market trends became tools for deciding where opportunities existed and where resources should be focused.
Cross-Functional Execution
Working with Admissions, Registrar, Accounting, Marketing, and other teams taught me how external customer needs have to be translated into coordinated internal action.
Partner Enablement
Training, workshops, presentations, onboarding, and ongoing support became core tools for improving partner capability and market performance.
Conversion Thinking
From individual counseling to digital funnels and partner pipelines, I learned to look for the barriers that prevent interest from becoming action.
Cross-Cultural Communication
Working across international markets developed the ability to adapt communication, expectations, and relationship approaches without losing clarity or consistency.
The capabilities that still shape how I work today.
These earlier roles created the operating foundation for the work that followed at NYIT, KPU, and later Stark AI. The environments changed, the scope grew, and the decisions became more strategic, but the core habits remained: understand the customer, read the market, use data, enable partners, coordinate people, and keep improving the path from opportunity to outcome.
A career built from the market outward.
I did not start by managing large portfolios or setting regional strategies. I started by speaking directly with customers, learning how decisions are made, and understanding what prevents people from moving forward. Over time, that perspective expanded from individual customers to campaigns, partner networks, international markets, teams, and institutional strategy. That progression is still one of the most important influences on how I approach growth today.
